GTI Strategy 2025–2035: Reference Materials and Questions for the Upcoming Live Broadcast

22 December 2025

Dear Partners,

Amid the active development of projects and the transition of uST technologies to practical implementation, it is especially important to understand the company’s long-term vision. To support this, we invite you to review the key document — “GTI Group Development Strategy for 2025–2035”, which outlines the scaling stages, strategic priorities, and the logic behind the formation of a new transport industry.

To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the strategy, we recommend watching two videos in advance, as they provide important context.

The first video, “Status of UST Inc. Projects and the Company’s Plans for 2026”

Is presented in an interview format in which the heads of UST Inc.’s international offices discuss the current status of projects and key events at the end of 2025. These include the launch of construction of the uST complex at the “Sosny” Sanatorium in Belarus, preparations for the first concession agreement in Russia, the development of projects in Indonesia, India, Nepal, and the UAE, as well as the operational results of the “Karat” complex as a ready-to-market product.

The second video, “The Formula of Efficient Transport”

features Anatoli Unitsky explaining the engineering foundation of uST technology and outlining four key elements of efficient transport: the steel wheel, aerodynamics, the derailment-prevention system, and second-level movement. These principles help explain why uST is a complete and physically substantiated transport system.

After reviewing these materials, the “GTI Group Development Strategy for 2025–2035” document is perceived as a logical continuation of already implemented projects and proven technological solutions.

We also invite you to submit your questions regarding the development strategy in advance. A dedicated form is available for this purpose. All submitted questions will be systematized and taken into account during further explanations and communications in the upcoming live broadcast with Maxim Isyp.

We recommend reviewing the materials in sequence, studying the strategy document, and completing the question form. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of GTI’s development prospects and your potential role within them.
