Questions and answers on the campaign "Reinvestment and Buyback"

In order to avoid confusion and help to understand the terms of the campaign “Reinvestment and buyback”, we have collected for you answers to the most common questions about it.

How will I know that I can take part in the campaign?

You can find out that you are a participant in the campaign through emailing or automatic notification at the Personal Account.

How much money can I get if I participate in the exchange campaign?

The money will be available if you are among the first 5,000 investors. Then you will be able to get up to $ 1,000. But this is only an instant revenue – those who exchange shares for tokens within the framework of the campaign, will receive into their investment portfolio an asset, which in the future may add significantly in the cost. You can sell tokens after the Company completes ICO – then they will proceed to the free market.

What if my number of investment shares is less than the exchange campaign implies? For example, 80,000, not 100,000?

You can select this quantity and the system will accept it. Blocks of shares up to 100,000 will be exchanged at the rate common to all campaign participants. So, you will receive $ 800 or 1,600 SkyWay tokens for 80,000 shares.

And if I have more shares than it is needed for exchange? For example, 200,000 shares?

You can select such a block to participate in the campaign, and the system will divide it into two parts and number them. One part with a nominal value of 100,000 shares will be exchanged in accordance with the terms of the campaign, the other one will remain with you in the form of investment shares.

I have less than 100,000 shares, I want to exchange half for tokens, half for money. Is it possible to do so?

No, you cannot do that. Campaign participants can choose only one of the options proposed in the Personal Account. We have applied this approach in order to increase the rate of processing requests and avoid overloading the system with numerous small operations.

I have exchanged investment shares for money, and now I changed my mind. What would I do?

The exchange cannot be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the campaign, with which each of the users who has decided to participate, agrees.

Why didn’t I get into the first 50,000 participants? My partner invested later than me, but he has the opportunity to participate in the campaign, but I do not have it. Why?

Most likely, your partner has invested before you in one of the funds (SWC, SWIG).

When will investors from SWIG and SWC funds be able to participate in the campaign?

Such an opportunity will appear in the near future, as soon as the specialists complete the preparation of the necessary functionality.
We try to do everything for your convenience and safety of your investments!
It is important to point out that the delays in the software finalization will not affect the duration of the campaign for the participants of the funds: it will last exactly one month from the moment all the functionality becomes available.

What if I am not one of the first investors, but I want to buy tokens?

You will be able to purchase them at the site, when SkyWay tokens are offered for sale.

I agreed with the terms of the contract at my account, where can I read it again?

You can download the contract at the Chronicle section.
