To All Caring People!

To All Caring People!

25 January 2022

Back in the fall of last year, Anatoli Unitsky's official resources posted a video “Civilization reboot: version by Unitsky” – a message to all caring people on the planet, which can be safely called a policy speech. Since at that time it was published only in the native language of the scientist, engineer and inventor, just the Russian-speaking audience could hear it. Now, with the appearance of the English version of the video, we are striving to correct this injustice and remind you what it is about:

“Scientists are sounding the alarm: soon, the limits of population growth and the carrying capacity of the biosphere will be reached on planet Earth. As an alternative to the impending collapse of human civilization, someone proposes to reclaim Mars, and someone – to reduce the world's population to the "golden billion".

However, the Belarusian engineer and inventor Anatoli Unitsky proposes an alternative solution – by the middle of the 21st century to carry out a rocket-free industrialization of near space and transfer there the entire environmentally hazardous part of the Earth's industry.

The planet will be gradually transformed into a blooming garden as follows:

  1. World energy will be converted to relic solar bioenergy, the “waste” of which will be living fertile humus. This will allow to raise the fertility of soils on all continents of the planet to full black soil, remove deserts and plant gardens in their place in 25 years.
  2. The existing "first level" transport will be replaced by the highly efficient and environmentally friendly "second level" transport – electric vehicles on steel wheels. This will save about 100 million people from death on the roads until the end of the century and will allow land users to return 5 territories of Great Britain, which today are “rolled up” in asphalt and “buried” under timber sleepers.
  3. A network of pedestrian linear cities will be built, harmoniously inscribed in the landscape of any natural and climatic zone of the planet, including mountains and sea shelf, taiga and jungle, deserts and tundra.

Such a world order on the planet will allow all future humanity to live and work in comfort: about 10 billion people, provided with comfortable housing, decent work, organic food, spring water, clean air, healthy recreation and moral entertainment.

The premiere of the film took place at the IV International Scientific and Technical Conference “Non-Rocket Near Space Industrialization: Problems, Ideas, Projects" — NRNSI 2021".
