Anatoli Unitsky, General Designer of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. and an Engineer of the World, presented the uSpace program for non-rocket industrialization of near-Earth space at the American Space Forum held in the government district of Washington, D.C. Participation in this event marked an important stage in the international advancement of the project, which is increasingly viewed not as a futuristic concept, but as a potential foundation for a new global space infrastructure.
The American Space Forum brought together leaders of space agencies from North and South America. Discussions focused on the development of a regional space ecosystem, its regulatory framework, and long-term development models—topics that closely align with the philosophy and scale of the uSpace program.

As part of the forum, Anatoli Unitsky held a series of strategically important meetings. A key discussion took place with Marco Antonio Chamon, President of the Brazilian Space Agency. During the meeting, Unitsky presented the concept of non-rocket space development in detail and emphasized Brazil’s potential role as a key participant in the project. It is precisely in Brazil that the longest terrestrial section of the overpass for the planetary transport system—a geocosmic vehicle powered by electricity—could be located. This system is designed to deliver up to 10 million passengers and up to 10 million tonnes of cargo into orbit in a single mission.
Commenting on the results of the forum, Anatoli Unitsky noted:
Such events are exactly the environment where meaningful partnerships are formed. We see growing international interest in our uSpace program, which is capable of addressing the planet’s environmental challenges by relocating hazardous industries beyond Earth and making space accessible to all humanity.

The conference in Washington clearly confirmed the relevance of near-Earth space industrialization in today’s world, while the discussions held opened a pathway to international cooperation—an essential prerequisite for implementing a project of this magnitude. The uSpace program is increasingly positioned as a supranational infrastructure initiative that requires the combined efforts of different countries and peoples, offering a fundamentally new approach to space exploration—space as a shared heritage and an infrastructure project for all humanity.
Participation in the American Space Forum became a logical continuation of the project’s international продвижение. Several months earlier, the uSpace program was presented at the International Astronautical Congress in Australia, where it attracted interest from NASA experts. In addition, Astroengineering Technologies LLC, the company responsible for promoting the project, became a member of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), further strengthening the program’s international credibility and strategic significance.
