The 8th Global Conference on Non-rocket Near Space Industrialization took place

19 September 2025

From September 12 to 13, an international forum was held in Maryina Gorka, bringing together leading scientists, engineers, and public figures to discuss and showcase innovative space technologies.

The event drew over 500 participants, both in person and online. Anatoli Unitsky was the ideological inspirer and general sponsor of the event, while Astroengineering Technologies LLC served as the main organizer.

The forum featured 44 scientific presentations and discussions across four sections: technology, energy, biology, and social issues. Participants engaged in topical discussions related to space exploration, covering various subjects from geospace technologies and innovative materials to social and legal aspects.

The key topic of the conference was the development of the General Planetary Vehicle (GPV) project. This technology will enable up to 10 million passengers and 10 million tons of cargo to be transported to near space in a single flight, while also enabling the relocation of hazardous industries beyond our planet.

The GPV is part of the EcoSpace program developed by Anatoli Unitsky. As part of this program, other environmentally friendly innovations are planned for implementation on Earth: string transport, linear cities, bioelectric power stations, and uTerra biohumus for restoring degraded soils.

All these technologies were presented by the World Engineer in his plenary report at the conference.

Interest in the EcoSpace program and its cosmic direction, the uSpace project, has been growing every year, with an increasing number of conference attendees. Since the forum's inception, it has been attended by over 10,000 guests from 50 countries around the world.

This time, the event was attended by representatives of the Union State, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Roscosmos, the BRICS International Municipal Forum, as well as leading universities in Belarus and Russia.

During the forum, Anatoli Unitsky and Igor Belousov, Assistant to the State Secretary of the Union State, exchanged letters dedicated to strengthening friendly relations and developing cooperation between the Permanent Committee of the Union State, Astroengineering Technologies LLC. and Unitsky String Technologies Inc.

The exhibition at the conference provided participants with an opportunity to engage with the cutting-edge developments of the Unitsky Group of Companies, demonstrating a high level of scientific and engineering achievements.

To preserve the planet’s biosphere and secure a future for our children and grandchildren, it is imperative to reconsider the underlying philosophy of our civilization’s technocratic development. The conference provides a vital platform for collaboration among engineers, scientists, and society in addressing today’s global challenges,

— emphasized the World Engineer.

Following the results of the VIII Global Conference on Non-rocket Near Space Industrialization, a collection of scientific reports is planned to be published and sent to leading libraries around the world.

Let's recall that the first conference on the near space industrialization was held in 1988 and brought together more than 500 guests from the USSR and neighboring countries.

In 2019, Anatoli Unitsky resumed the event and it became annual, and in 2024 it gained the status of a global forum bringing together participants from all over the world.
