Unitsky String Technologies Co.: with care of the team and the environment

03 December 2019

A representative of the international certification agency SAI GLOBAL visited Unitsky String Technologies Co. last week of November. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a supervisory audit of the company's existing and certified environmental management system (EMS) and health and safety management system (HSMS).

A year ago, Unitsky String Technologies Co. was one of the first organizations to certify its management system for compliance with the requirements of the new international standard ISO 45001:2018, and has successfully passed the first supervision audit this year.

SAI GLOBAL's auditor expert visited EcoTechnoPark for two days, where he took a ride in Unicar U4-430. He also inspected production workshops, testing centre and other structural units. The auditor also reviewed the company's documentation and activities in the field of health and safety and environmental protection, analyzed the company's industrial and environmental risks, goals and policies in the field of health and safety and environmental protection.

As a result of the audit, specialists noted a high interest of management in ensuring comfortable and safe working conditions: modern equipment is installed at the production site, the company has a high level of industrial culture, and the work of the entire team is well-coordinated. This generally minimizes both production and environmental risks.

Over the year, the company's specialists have done a great deal of work to improve and enhance the efficiency of their activities in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental protection. Therefore, SAI GLOBAL auditor-expert confirmed the compliance of the environmental management system and the health and safety management system with the requirements of international standards ISO 14001:2017 and ISO 45001:2018.

Unitsky String Technologies Co. is successfully moving forward on the planned path and declares that the main value and basis of stability of the company is its team of employees, and protection of their lives and health is an undisputed priority in the production activity and one of the determining factors of successful development.

Unitsky String Technologies Co. is aware of its responsibility to the society for the preservation of ecological balance, rational use of natural resources, health and longevity of future generations. That is why creation of the transport that will meet requirements of new times and will be in harmony with nature, was, is and will remain the main goal of the company.
