20 March 2025

Dear colleagues, partners, and investors! My name is Maxim Isyp, and as head of the RSW-Systems platform, I am pleased to greet you.

When the news was announced that high-speed transportation would be singled out into a separate business activity with its own financing mechanism and a memorandum published on the GTI website, we agreed that I would hold four meetings on this topic.

During our most recent broadcast, where I actively addressed your questions, we agreed that during the fourth broadcast, we would summarize everything we’ve learned on this topic.

So, what are the takeaways? Many of the remaining unanswered questions, or those that require further clarification, fall more within the competence of the company itself, particularly the technology’s author, Anatoly Yunitsky.

Therefore, I have a proposal that I believe is much more reasonable and effective: let’s wait for an official statement and answers to the questions from GTI and Anatoly Yunitsky.

As I mentioned, this video will either be released at the end of this month or, more likely, at the beginning of April. Once we’ve had a chance to watch it, we will have the answers to the remaining questions. And those answers will be coming officially from the group of companies. After the video is released, we will summarize everything and review all the facts based on the official answers we receive.

To recap: the broadcast dedicated to this topic will take place after the video from Anatoly Yunitsky is released. The majority of the remaining questions fall within the competence of UST Group and GTI.

I do have answers to many of these questions, but I believe it’s more appropriate for you to hear them from the original source, not just from me. Once that happens, we will then summarize this topic. Therefore, we are leaving the date for the fourth broadcast open, which will focus on high-speed transportation.

We will not hold a meeting today, as I believe it will be more effective and reasonable to wait. Instead, our next broadcast, scheduled for Thursday, will be dedicated to the Micron Global platform, where we will discuss our future marketing efforts, which is the core purpose of our platform.

We are awaiting the release of the video from Anatoly Yunitsky.

We’ll meet live next Thursday, March 27. Part of the broadcast will cover the latest updates on UST technology development, while the other part will focus specifically on rebranding and transitioning to the new platform.

With respect to all investors, partners, and clients of our platform, I wish you all a great day and look forward to seeing you at our next broadcast.
