Promising Targeted Project in Indonesia

Promising Targeted Project in Indonesia

05 December 2022

Dear like-minded people, we are glad to share with you the publication of the official resource of the project on the study of the use of string technologies in Indonesia within the framework of the agreement signed with “ITS Indonesia”. The introduction of string transport in Jakarta remains a priority, while the company's transport and infrastructure complexes can also be used in the future capital of Indonesia, Nusantara.

Jakarta's regular flooding and overcrowding led the government to announce in April 2019 that it intended to move all government offices to the new capital, Nusantara. String technologies can be an effective solution for organizing its transport infrastructure, linking it with the airports of the region and other islands: Nusantara is located in the province of East Kalimantan on the island of Borneo.

When designing Nusantara, the emphasis is on environmental friendliness and energy efficiency. The technology of the project, which has a minimal impact on nature, is optimally suited for the implementation of the most ambitious tasks both in the conditions of the already formed urban infrastructure of Jakarta and for the organization of a modern transport system of the future capital.

Thanks to string technologies, moving around the city and beyond will be as comfortable as possible for residents and guests of Nusantara: the temperature in the passenger compartments of the rolling stock is maintained by climate control units and cooling systems, while the automated system assesses threats and obstacles, promptly informs the central control system of any emergency situations, thus ensuring 24/7 safety for passengers of electric vehicles on steel wheels.
