The Russian market is a key player in the advancement of uST technology, owing to the country's extensive geographical diversity, unique urban layout, extensive industrial areas, significant water obstacles, and pressing issues related to commuter migration.

One of the top-priority initiatives is addressing transportation issues. In the Leningrad region, UST Inc. is looking for the best transportation routes, but they are facing challenges due to the extensive urbanization and complex infrastructure. Early collaboration with developers is essential here, even during the design of new territories. Sergey Smolnikov, the Director of the Russian representative office, said:

The experience of working on projects in the region has shown us that it is important to work closely with larger developers and start collaborating at the design stage. This is the only way to ensure comprehensive transportation accessibility and the integration of innovative solutions into urban infrastructure today.

Routes, financial models, and technical solutions have already been prepared for Rostov-on-Don to organize transport links between the two banks of the Don and the island of Zeleny, a new principal magnet of tourism. If the project passes the approval stage with the regional leadership, the next step will be the signing of the final documents and the transition to the design phase.

Consideration is given not only to the ease of transportation, but also to the ecological burden. This is particularly crucial in areas with distinctive natural environments, such as Crimea, Lake Baikal, the Far East, and national parks.

In the eastern part of Russia, UST Inc. is working on transportation solutions for multiple areas, including the Jewish Autonomous Region, Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk, and Vladivostok. The company employs modern master development plans that incorporate the needs for integrated transportation accessibility

In the administrative center of Chukotka, the city of Anadyr, it is necessary to cross the Anadyr Estuary, which spans approximately 3 kilometers, to travel between the airport and the main districts of the city. The initiative of UST Inc. has been recognized as technically feasible and is currently at the pre-project stage: financial and structural models have been prepared, and proposals have been submitted to government authorities.

If UST Inc. successfully implements its projects, it will serve as a catalyst for the development of Russia's transport technologies and contribute to the improvement of the quality of life in the country's major regions.
