La phase actuelle d'expansion de la zone de production de SkyWay arrive à la ligne d'arrivée: les travaux de finition et la pose des communications techniques sur le territoire du nouveau bâtiment de production, dont la construction a commencé en 2018, sont terminés. La réception du bâtiment en service est prévue pour le mois d'août de cette année.

Le nouveau bâtiment est un atelier de production d'une superficie totale d'environ 1200 m2, combiné avec un bâtiment administratif et résidentiel de trois étages. Dans l'atelier, une grue de support est installée - c'est une poutre de charge de 10 tonnes pour toute la largeur de la portée, un entrepôt avec des portes séparées est prévu. À court terme, un site d'assemblage existant y sera déplacé et de nouveaux équipements de traitement mécanique seront installés à sa place. Le nouveau site permettra d'adapter rapidement les processus de production aux besoins actuels de SkyWay société d'ingénierie.

La mise en service de nouvelles zones de production est due à la nécessité d'organiser la production de petites séries de constructions métalliques, de matériel roulant SkyWay et de composants pour fournir des projets d'infrastructure dans la région du Moyen-Orient, principalement aux Émirats Arabes Unis. Cela permettra à la société d'études SkyWay de s'acquitter pleinement et en temps opportun des obligations dans le cadre des accords en cours avec des partenaires étrangers sur la mise en œuvre de projets ciblés.
