The Australian company SAI Global has issued for SkyWay Technologies Co. a certificate confirming compliance of the environmental management system used in the company with the requirements of international standard. Alina Selivanova, leading engineer on standardization and certification of SkyWay Technologies Co. explains in detail the document and its benefits for the company:

“The decision on the creation and implementation of the environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:20015 “Environmental management systems. Requirements with guidance for use” in the structural division “EcoTechnoPark” under SkyWay Technologies Co. was adopted in early 2017 in accordance with the main goal of the SkyWay program aimed at creating environmentally friendly and safe highly-efficient global transport and communication network of the “second level”.

The strategic goal of the company is the development of the structural division “EcoTechnoPark” to the level that allows to demonstrate the environmental potential of the innovative SkyWay technology focused on caring attitude to the environment. Therefore, the company constantly carries out purposeful work in compliance with environmental legislation and environmental requirements in the field of environmental protection. In our company, the professionals from the managing Administration of testing, certification and standardization have carried out extensive work in the field of environmental protection and on September 21, 2017 representatives of the company SAI Global conducted a certification audit, as a result of which no serious inconsistencies in our activities have been identified.

The certificate of conformity of the environmental management at SkyWay Technologies Co. is recorded into the Register of certified organizations by the certification agency SAI Global.

The availability of a certified environmental management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001: 2015 will allow our company to participate in international tenders and win them.”
