Certification of SkyWay: Аcceptance Tests Continue

27 October 2017

As you might be aware from our news releases, the process of acceptance testing with SkyWay rolling stock continues. It is necessary to control the conformity of products to the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts specified for this category of tests to determine the possibility of acceptance of the products. The tests are carried out by the Department of Technical Control (DTC), which is charged with functions to control the finished products. In addition to checking the conformity of rolling stock to design documentation, its operational testing is also being conducted. In other words, the DTC makes sure that everything is assembled correctly and operating.

Now a 14-passenger unibus and unibike have returned from EcoTechnoPark to the workshop for seasonal technical maintenance conducted to prepare the products for use in winter conditions. After its completion, checking of all systems will be done according to the instructions on commissioning. Then all the vehicles will return to Maryina Gorka to continue tests at subzero temperatures.

Meanwhile we do not stop creating several new types of rolling stock that have not been presented to the public yet. The General designer of SkyWay Technologies Co. Anatoly Yunitskiy is personally supervising this process and the functional diagnostics. In addition, during our visit to the production facility, Mr. Yunitskiy has spared his time for an interview to one of the major Belarusian newspapers. The development of the project on creating SkyWay technology continues to be in the media spotlight, so you can expect another article next week; we will let you know about it.

We offer to your attention a brief photo report from the production site of SkyWay Technologies Co., where at the moment the main events on creating SkyWay technology are in full swing.
