From an Energy Hydrogen Installation to Hyper Speed

From an Energy Hydrogen Installation to Hyper Speed

10 January 2022

The series of interviews with key employees of the string technologies developer about the results of the past working year is continued by the dialogue with Sergey Artyushevsky, who supervises the scientific activities of the company.

Today's interlocutor highly appreciates the work of the enterprise in this area in 2021, noting the importance of registering 3 research and development (technological) works performed by UST, Inc. in the state registry of the national institution "BelISA". At the same time, 2 works were successfully completed in accordance with the procedure specified by law, and the completion of the 3rd project is planned for the end of 2022.

During the year, 4 meetings of the Scientific and Technological Council were held and the concept for the development of scientific and innovative activities of the Company was approved.

A thorough preparation for accreditation as a scientific entity was realized, for which a comprehensive analysis of indicators and results that characterize the scientific, research, technical and innovative activities of the Company for 2016–2021 was carried out, including a forecast up to 2025.

In addition, we can mention the receipt of several patents, the development of fundamentally new solutions in the field of ergonomics and aerodynamics of vehicles and much more. To date, the company has formed its own scientific school of string technologies. The employees of the design organization are carriers of unique knowledge and experience, which constitutes an important advantage in the market and is one of its main assets.

If you are also interested in the results of the activities of the "Laboratory for the Development of New Materials" and the achievements of the Department of Advanced Developments, we recommend that you read the reportage "UST 2021: Deputy General Designer for Science spoke about the company's achievements in the field of science" from the source. We will only mention the completion of a passenger car with an energy hydrogen installation. An operational prototype was received, and the found solutions are planned to be used in high-speed (up to 600 km/h) and hyper-speed (up to 1,500 km/h) string-rail complexes.
