GTI Strategy 2025–2035: a foundation for commercialisation and access to public markets

GTI Strategy 2025–2035: a foundation for commercialisation and access to public markets

18 December 2025

Dear partners,

The GTI Group of Companies has presented its development strategy for 2025–2035. For investors, this document is important not as a formality, but as a clear signal: the project is moving from a long phase of technological formation into a stage of systematic growth and scaling.

Over the past ten years, GTI and UST Inc. have completed the core engineering work — research, testing, certification, and the creation of their own production and testing infrastructure. The company now confirms the completion of this phase and begins building a model focused on commercial application and international markets.

The strategy demonstrates that string transport is no longer viewed as a standalone technology, but as a universal platform for urban, intercity, and freight infrastructure. This is a crucial point: it is about a scalable product rather than isolated pilot projects.

Special attention in the document is given to the practical groundwork already in place. Today, the portfolio of potential commercial projects exceeds 4,800 km of routes at various stages of development across different countries. For investors, this indicates the presence of real market demand and tangible interest, not just concepts and calculations.

The scientific and technical component remains active. GTI and UST Inc. continue R&D, testing, and certification. Key centres include the EcoTechnoPark in Maryina Gorka and the uSky Centre in Sharjah — locations where technologies are validated for implementation and demonstrated to potential partners and customers.

A separate and expected topic for investors is the IPO. In the strategy, this point is presented in a highly pragmatic manner. GTI plans asset consolidation, a transition to international reporting standards, and the structuring of management processes. The target benchmarks are stated clearly: annual profit growth of at least 30% and profitability of no less than 40%. These indicators are viewed as the financial foundation for entering public capital markets.

It is important to note that the IPO is not positioned as a quick or guaranteed outcome. The focus is on consistent preparation of the business to meet public market requirements — transparency, controllability, and sustainability. This approach reduces risks and builds long-term investment attractiveness.

The document also specifically addresses current investors. The strategy provides for mechanisms of equity conversion, the launch of payouts, and the formation of a clear investment participation structure. This is intended to strengthen the holding’s financial stability and accelerate the implementation of international projects.

Overall, the strategy through 2035 shows that GTI is building a long-term development trajectory. The document maintains continuity of course while placing emphasis on growth, commercialisation, and capitalisation. For investors, this means a transition from a technological concept to a mature infrastructure business with a clear and logical development path.
