It is this Agency that in October 2017 issued for Skyway Technologies Co. an international certificate confirming the compliance of the environmental management system applied in the Company with the international standard ISO 14001:20015.

The purpose of this visit is a planned inspection of the main aspects of the Company’s environmental policy in the field of creating innovative SkyWay transport systems.

The data collected during the year of EcoTechnoPark operation were analyzed during the supervision audit. Based on them, SAI Global expert assessed the impact of the production and testing activities of SkyWay Company-developer on the environment.

As a result of the audit, SkyWay test and demonstration center has confirmed the status of a unique operating infrastructure facility and demonstrated compliance with the highest international standards in the field of ecology in practice.

Let us recall that the decision to implement and certify the environmental management system in the structural subdivision “EcoTechnoPark” by the Company-developer was taken in early 2017 in accordance with the main objective of SkyWay program – creation of a highly efficient and environmentally friendly transport infrastructure of the “second” level demonstrating a harmonious co-existence of wildlife and high-tech. In October 2017, after the completion of a serious complex of works in the field of environmental protection and a successful audit, SkyWay project designing Company received a certificate of compliance for a period of three years.

“According to the certification procedure, the verification (supervision audit) of compliance of the Company’s environmental management system with the International standard ISO 14001:20015 will be conducted annually during the entire three-year validity period of the certificate.

At the moment the first supervision audit by SAI Global representative has already been conducted. According to its results, no discrepancies were discovered, moreover, the representative of the supervisory Agency pointed out great achievements in EcoTechnoPark development over the past calendar year and a well-coordinated team work of Company’s professionals. In addition, recommendations were given for further improvement of activities in the field of ecology and perfection of the environmental management system.”
