La semaine dernière à Minsk a eu lieu une réunion de travail de deux jours des spécialistes de Unitsky String Technologies Co., Dassault Systèmes et IGA Technologies. Les experts de Dassault Systèmes ont démontré la capacité de l'outil Dassault Digital Simulation (Simulia) à effectuer des calculs et des évaluations de l'impact environnemental (vent, précipitations, température, pression atmosphérique) sur tous les éléments des systèmes de transport à cordes, y compris le matériel roulant et la structure de trajet. Un tel module logiciel pour la modélisation réaliste permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'argent sur les essais en nature dans les chambres climatiques et sur les terrains d'essai.

La réunion a permis d'établir une feuille de route pour la mise au point de l'échange d'informations à deux canaux entre le système ERP existant (Enterprise Resource Planning - planification des ressources de l'entreprise) et la plateforme 3DExperience. En particulier, la configuration du transfert des spécifications des articles achetés a été discutée.

Les experts de Dassault Systèmes ont proposé à Unitsky String Technologies Co. d'élargir la barre d'outils de planification opérationnelle de la production. Dans le cadre de la prochaine automatisation des processus d'affaires, un audit de production effectué par les experts de Dassault Systèmes et des partenaires techniques de PROF-IT a été organisé sur le site de production de Unitsky String Technologies Co. Selon ses résultats, un programme détaillé sera préparé pour optimiser la production et les processus technologiques de l'entreprise.
