Vladimir Zhirinovsky: “I always knew that Belarusian engineers are honest and open people”

02 February 2017

The team of SkyWay Technologies Co. has received a government telegram (English translation) from Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the founder and Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), Member of the State Council, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation’s Federal Assembly, leader of the LDPR faction. In his message the politician expressed his gratitude to the staff of SkyWay Technologies Co. and separately to the General Designer Anatoly Yunitskiy for the proposal to repair E-mobile belonging to him. “I always knew that Belarusian engineers are honest and open people,” said V.Zhirinovsky in the telegram.

Anatoly Yunitskiy has confirmed the readiness to carry out the repair of the first Russian electric car. According to him, the company has all the necessary expertise and production capacity. A letter with specific proposals will be sent in Vladimir Zhirinovsky’s address. The formal agreement of the details and car repair for the known politician by Belarusian professionals could occur in the near future.

As a reminder, the history of Yo-mobile started to develop all of a sudden, when one of them belonging to Vladimir Zhirinovsky, has got broken. After the business Mikhail Prokhorov has taken a decision to freeze the project, there remained only three Yo-mobiles in the world and no one provides their maintenance. The SkyWay enterprise employs a large staff of former Yo-mobile engineers and they immediately offered help in the restoration of the car.

“Many professionals that previously worked on the creation of this electric vehicle now work in the workshops of the pilot production facility of our company. All the technical base is preserved, therefore it would not be difficult to fix Zhirinovsky’s “Yo-mobile”,” said the Head of the special design-technological Bureau (in Russian) at the pilot production facility of SkyWay Technologies Co. Alexander Sinkevich.
