Visit of International Delegation to EcoTechnoPark

Visit of International Delegation to EcoTechnoPark

20 December 2016

After the start of testing the rolling stock, interest to Yunitskiy’s string transport, though considerable before, became simply unprecedented. This is confirmed by another visit of an international delegation to the Republic of Belarus, where the design Bureaus, a pilot production facility and EcoTechnoPark ― the center of testing and international certification for SkyWay technology ― are located.

The delegation consisted of representatives of business circles from India and Switzerland, officials from municipalities in Erzurum and Çorum of the Turkish Republic, a number of major investors interested in the development of Yunitskiy’s string transport in their regions, President of the Academy of Sciences in one of the Russian regions, representatives of authorities of the Mogilev region of the Republic of Belarus and correspondents from several Belarusian media. The guests visited the pilot production facility of SkyWay Technologies Co. and SkyWay EcoTechnoPark, where during their visit operation trials of unibike were held on the lightweight track structure. General designer Anatoly Yunitskiy told about the technical features of string transport, conducted a comparative analysis of financial indicators of the project with other transport systems and introduced the members of the delegation to the center for testing and international certification of the SkyWay technology.

The guests witnessed the ongoing construction of the track structure on the section of the urban/high-speed route, the total length of which will be finally about 16 kilometers. But, of course, the foreign visitors were particularly impressed by the operation trials of rolling stock and track structure on the lightweight urban track. Despite the ice cold weather at that time, the meeting was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere aided by the comfort and interior of the guest-house recently built to negotiate the commercial promotion of the project. All the people were successfully engaged with their business: engineers were building EcoTechnoPark, SkyWay professionals, “without delay” after the successful tests, were driving the negotiation process to signing a Protocol of intent with the Turkish side, media members were gathering info for their publications and the filming team of our information service was gathering the opinions and impressions of EcoTechnoPark guests that will be shared with you in the near future.
