“Just Two or Three Days Ago, I Was Saying that I Didn’t Like It...”

Despite all the problems that the world has faced this year, SkyWay management has taken all measures to minimize their impact on the pace to implement Unitsky String Transport. The project to create a new transport and infrastructure sector is at least not inferior to such as aviation, railway and automobile transport by to its potential, and is aimed at designing not just a new type of vehicle, but a complex set of systems and subsystems including (in addition to rolling stock) a pre-stressed overpass, stations, terminals and depots of the “second level”, safety system, intelligent control with technical vision, power supply, communications and so on. No one has done anything like this before and, of course, all this would not have been possible without a large number of our General Designer’s like-minded people, who have the highest qualification in their fields of activity and are organized in a certain structure.

Since there are no properly prepared professionals for this future technology on the labor market yet, Anatoli Unitsky has created three schools at once: scientific, engineering and designing, and the company that develops SkyWay technology encourages interest in the project by supporting young creative specialists and scientists by announcing a contest of graduation papers. Of course, Unitsky String Technologies Co. is the key element of the accumulated intellectual capital, but cooperation is also expanding with a number of other organizations, Universities and individual enthusiastic scientists. Worth mentioning among them are the Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Belarusian State Technological University, Belarusian State University of Transport, Russian University of Transport (MIIT), Nizhny Novgorod University of Architecture and Construction, Ural Federal University, Slovak University of Technology, British Wessex Institute of Technology and many others. SkyWay Innovation Center in the UAE has also recently become one of the main research centers, which is part of Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park. SkyWay Institute will be established there in the near future.

Recently, the Belarusian State Technological University joined the above-mentioned organizations. Its professors and students, who specialize in 3D-modeling and working with composites, visited Unitsky String Technologies Co. to review the practical experience in these areas of production activity. Perhaps, our potential colleagues were also among them, as the words of one of the enthusiastic visitors eloquently indicate in the heading of this publication.

We offer you a video that captures the visit of future SkyWay builders, as well as their impressions after visiting the birthplace of Unitsky String Transport rolling stock.

Я рад , что компания SkyWay уделяет большое внимание подбору и подготовке будущих специалистов. И все это параллельно с развитием самой технологии. Создание креативного капитала для компании также важно как и все остальное. Благодарю за информирование.
