Now String Transport is in the Sphere of Interests of Governments and Businesses

11 February 2022

The “Transport Advancement” media resource has published an article about string transport, which arouses an ever-increasing interest in the world community. According to the author, the result of the developer refutes the statements of individual critics, some of whom have even radically changed their minds and are now confident in the promise of string technologies.

Different news about the innovative string transport centre in Sharjah (UAE) have often appeared of late. The media reported on visits by politicians, diplomats, and representatives of the transport industry.

Back in 2006, the Russian University of Transport (MIIT) prepared a negative examination, which concerned string transport. The reasons became known later. It turned out that the examination had been carried out in the absence of data on the technology (materials for the examination taken mainly from the Internet and the media) for a limited time: only two weeks. In other words, the examination was performed incorrectly. Those who conducted it did not even get acquainted with the calculation models and schemes, the results of development work and design documentation.

As a result, after 11 years, MIIT revised its own decision.

At one time, some media reproached the project for the lack of string transport models that could be tested, and for the fact that its safety had not been proven, i. e. there was no certification.

However, soon after that, the company not only presented several real models but built two test centres where we can personally test the rolling stock, and in 2021, the safety of string transport was confirmed by the independent international organization TUV SW Standardization Certification.

The author's summary is as follows: “String transport seems to have great prospects to be found everywhere over the coming years. As you can see, even ardent critics after a while are ready to take back their words, because their claims contradict the actual results Unitsky String Technologies, Inc. demonstrates today”.

You can get acquainted with the prospects, project plans and other details by reading the article "Transport Advancement: String Transport Resonated with Authorities and Industries" on the official resources of UST, Inc.
