Anatoli Yunitski: “We always welcome young and promising personnel”

20 December 2018 5202

Last week, Anatoli Yunitski, General designer, SkyWay Technologies Co., received a letter from an 11th grade student from the city of Moscow, in which the young man wrote about his interest in SkyWay transport, about his desire to do his internship at SkyWay and the opportunity to work in the Company in the future.

We publish the letter itself and the answer from Anatoli Yunitski:

An open letter to Anatoli Yunitski.

Greetings to you, dear Anatoly Yunitskiy! Chentsov Alexander addresses you, I am 17 years old, and I am a student of the 11th physical and mathematical class of Moscow prep school 1567. I am interested in information technology and engineering, and am also an investor of SkyWay project. A year ago, I got interested in your idea, which is a combination of eco-friendly metro, cable way and railroad. I liked that the technology is developing in several directions at once: passenger and cargo transportation. I would like to work with your team on this project in the future, but for this I need to understand in which particular IT-sphere I need to progress in order to be in demand by SkyWay as a specialist in the future.

I have recently found out about your decision to build your university in the UAE. I would like to know about your plans in this direction in more detail.

When will it be built and what are the conditions for admission?

At the end of the school year, I consider the following institutions to apply for admission: Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Higher School of Economics or Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University). I believe that highly qualified personnel are always required for any high-tech production, and the universities listed above produce first-class specialists.

Will this level of knowledge be enough to work in SkyWay?

Does your Company have employer-sponsored education of future students?

Is there a system of deferred labor contracts?

Will it be possible to do an internship at SkyWay while studying at a University?

Do you practice currently work with schoolchildren and students at EcoTechnoPark in Belarus?

About me: along with the prep school, I study at the correspondence physics and technology school under Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology MIPT (supposing to get the diploma with honors); at school I attend a special course on 3D modeling and working with Raspberry PI in Python; at home I do modding of various things with my own hands (for example, bicycle illumination); I studied the basics of QBASIC, C ++, wrote test programs on computer science with a physical content; at the moment I have assembled a team of three people and we master web developments together: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, etc.; I regularly take part in physical and mathematical competitions; I am fond of walking tours, football, volleyball and cycling, I lead an active lifestyle.

Sincerely Yours,

 Alexander B. Chentsov

Good day, Alexander!

I greet you on behalf of SkyWay Technologies Co. I am glad to hear about your interest in string transport, to which I have devoted most of my life.

Our team unites currently above 700 highly qualified specialists. SkyWay Technologies Co. with headquarters in Minsk employs professionals of various profiles, the overwhelming majority of whom are design engineers engaged in developing string-rail transport overpasses, wheeled vehicles and infrastructure of the “second level”, as well as project developers, architects, designers, technologists. Therefore, graduates of technical universities are the backbone of our stuff.

We are also interested in IT-professionals and artificial intelligence experts. In particular, they are engaged in computer vision and development of intelligent control systems at our Company; in the future the list of their possible application spheres will be expanded.

Therefore, if you decide to choose one of these areas as your future profession (in any of the universities you named), we are ready to consider your candidacy as a potential member of our team. However, the final decision will depend on the results of your studies, on the desire to create something new for future generations and to change the world for the better. Depending on your knowledge and skills, we can provide more detailed recommendations on the study of subjects that could be useful for further development in the field of SkyWay transport.

We always welcome young and promising personnel who are able to think “outside the box” and offer radically new technical solutions. To date, we have three students from various universities who have been practicing at our Company and subsequently became our productive employees.

Currently, SkyWay Group of Companies has begun construction of the SkyWay Innovation Center in the United Arab Emirates with its own scientific base as a necessary component. As part of setting up this base, creation of a specialized university in the UAE within the next three years is planned. It will become a place for training specialized professionals on designing, building and operating SkyWay transport infrastructure complexes around the world. We can say it will be a targeted training of students on the basis of our own educational institution.

As regards the system of deferred labor contracts, we can return to considering this issue when you study in the second year of an educational institution. At this point, the search for the place of internship will be relevant for you, and if you want to pass it at our Сompany, we will be happy to consider your candidature.

As for the work with schoolchildren and students, please be advised there were conducted presentations on our Company for students in a number of technical universities of the Republic of Belarus in 2018. In addition, in 2017 a lecture was delivered for representatives of the leading transport universities of Belarus: the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) and the Belarusian State University of Transport (BelSUT). In the future, the practice of excursions and lectures at EcoTechnoPark for schoolchildren and students will be continued.

Our Сompany intends to change the world and create a new future for our planet based on new technologies. Achievement of this goal is impossible without the involvement of talented people from around the world. Therefore, we strive to build a long-term system to form a personnel reserve, which would include attracting both highly qualified professionals and the best young specialists starting from schools and universities. We can all save the planet together only in this way.

Sincerely Yours,

SkyWay General designer

Anatoli Yunitski
