Even though I am not Hegel, but I agree with the old man Georg Wilhelm Friedrich that every new quality is the result of accumulated quantitative changes. In recent times the Internet is literally filled with discussions on the possible advent of Yunitskiy’s string transport in Ulyanovsk region. Our news releases have paid considerable attention to this issue, for example, the publications, in which we reported that during conversations with journalists at the Gaidar forum in Moscow the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov told about the project of building a SkyWay route that is planned to connect two of the Ulyanovsk airports with the city center.
And just today, on January 19, 2017, the highly respected Russian publishing house “Kommersant” has posted another article on its regional website of “Ъ-Volga”, and again on the same subject! It is called “Plans to connect airports with strings. Ulyanovsk is returning to the SkyWay project”. The author of the article Sergey Titov demonstrated a deep insight into the essence of the issue and a commitment to solving transport problems in the region, though he failed to avoid a couple of inaccuracies in the description of our project that our experienced partners will immediately notice.
In addition to their description, the journalist, referring to the General Designer of SkyWay Technologies A.Yunitskiy, tells readers of the publication about the SkyWay project in general, noting that the Agreements of Intent for the construction of UST tracks have been already signed with a number of regions, “all of them are waiting for certification so far”. Sergey Titov also touches upon the seemingly exotic in the CIS method of financing the emerging technology of rail-string transport, telling his audience that “with the help of a number of affiliated investment foundations (SkyWay Invest Group, SkyWay Capital) attraction of funds goes on by the crowdfunding system”.
Of course, the article in such a reputable publishing house could not do without references to scientific authorities: “The Head of subdepartment “Structural mechanics” at the Moscow State University of Railways (one of the participants of the expert group, the author of the method to analyze dynamic deformation on cable systems) Doctor of technical sciences Vladimir Zylev told “Ъ-Volga” that models and documentation for UST presented at the transport forum “were done very delicately”, “the reports make an impression of very good ones at first glance”.
And according to another recognized authority Hegel mentioned in the beginning of this article, all this means that the project will succeed!
